Thunder Bay forum I am actually throwing this one out there for a group of young guys that are travelling through the area. Their band is playing tomorrow night at a venue and need a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights.
Anyone have any recommendations?
Not sure if you have already found a place to stay but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". All of the lower priced motels are located on Cumberland Street. There are a few reviews on TA for the following: Voyageur Motel, Lakehead Motel and Superior Motel so you might try one of those.
Not sure what area of the city the group is playing but that may affect your decision. There is always the Best Western Crossroads Motel out on Arthur Street.
