Couple traveling September 18th to Thunderbay with 3 1/2 daughter. Need suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Thanks!

Hi

Tourism Thunder Bay has a website at www.visitthunderbay.com. It will give you lots of ideas for shopping,sightseeing and accomodations. Don't forget to stop in at the "Hoito" Restaurant for Finnish pancakes and other great homecooked meals and of course you have to sample a "persian" which is an iced cinnamon type bun that Thunder Bay is famous for. Fort William Historical Park and Kakabeka Falls are very interesting places to see. I think the Harbour Tours are still operating so that might be something to look into as well. Hope you have a great visit!!!!
