Thunder Bay Forum: Need Motel Recommendation for Longlac or Geraldton

Thanks. We've made our reservation and I'll be sure to post a review after our stay.

I can't find a place to post a regular review so I guess I'll do it here. The motel is clean but dated. Beds were okay but nothing great. Water pressure in the shower was variable. For dinner, go elsewhere -- everything was either overcooked or undercooked. Breakfast was great -- different cook/server. Reasonable prices.

I'm glad it turned out to be basic and clean. Too bad about dinner, they used to have really great food there. When we stayed in Geraldton a few years ago we drove back to the motel for our meals because we enjoyed the food and service. Hope the rest of your trip went well.

Many more people read the reviews than the forums when researching accommodations. I would suggest visiting the Help Centre page "What if I want to review something that's not listed on TripAdvisor?" here on TA;

If I may suggest;

Whenever you are writing a review, write it in your word processor and save it on your computer. Then later when you have edited it, spell checked it, etc. copy and paste your review onto the submission page.
