I don't know the answer to this question but have you tried looking through the Yellow Pages? Most of the shuttle services to Halifax seem to advertise there.

You can take a bus. The company is called Acadian Lines. I think the website is acadianlines.ca, but I'm not sure. A one way trip will probably be around 30 bucks.
