Airports and Services (ASA) brought to light some details of the restructuring of the debit that has the Mexican Company of Aviation, by provision and supply of fuel for more than thousand 300 million pesos.
The agency decentralized of the Office of the secretary of Communications and Transportations (SCT) indicated that the agreement approved Wednesday, was reached after a series of negotiations between its board Meeting and the administrative conciliator of the commercial contest of said business
In a communiqué, explained that the agreement consists of that the company concursada will give the property in dación in payment to (ASA) of the totality of the goods that has guaranteed with the agency, to the approval of the sentence of the bankruptcy covenant.
In that context, both parts compromise to celebrate contracts of sale through which ASA is obliged to sell Mexican the goods guaranteed in diverse time limit.
With these actions, the Government of Mexico endorses its commitment to contribute in the search of alternatives, for the quick reactivation of the operations of Mexican and therefore to the preservation of the sources of work, indicated the text.

The undersecretary of Transportations, of the Office of the secretary of Communications and Transportations (SCT), Felipe Duarte, assured that this Wednesday the agency was notified of the deposit of 415 million dollars for the rescue of Mexican of Aviation on the part of a group of investors.
Duarte indicated that the dependence is maintained warning on the process and wait the presentation of the covenant of creditors to verify the legal financial capacities and administrative of the investors, of which assured does not know its names.
Felipe Consolation, rector of the commercial contest, indicated that group Med Atlantic placed 300 million dollars for the rescue of Mexican, the afternoon of yesterday.
