Charlie and his food...lol. Me am on the DIET since back from Punta CANA....Cancun is still on the DIET MENU...lol.Hate coming back and feeling like a 2 weeks Christmas Parties...lol.

Jimmy's has a very good arracherra. It does not open until 5:00.

Napoli also has very good food and is closed on Tuesday.

Will try Los Carolinas very soon. We found it to be great last year.

2 managements ago I used to go to Jimmy's often for dinner. They had the best ribs, seafood pasta, and Caeser salad before they switched out management, chef, and menu. Looking forward to seeing it's new incarnation.

La Jaibo Loco in Costa Azul has very good seafood. I love the shrimp salad.

Have been to Las Carolinas twice with no regrets (place was recommended by Dan-Live in Aca) . Also been to El Negro Santo twice (once with Joy and Lyn) and enjoyed our evenings. You should definately enjoy La Jaiba Locca, have been there many times. Try their shrimp soup (very large bowl and HOT like you enjoy it). This place was one of RonVal's must go to.

Looks like your agenda is filling up quickly and all of you are going to have a great time. Hope to seeing all of you guys / gals next year.
