I have never heard of them - i have checked the forums and can only find the following post, which is a couple years old.

If you are staying at a resort, they generally include the transfer in the price of the package.
If you're staying in a private condo or smaller resprt, see if there is a larger resort nearby that offers transfers, and check their prices.
I would much rather take a bus transfer from/to the airport rather than a taxi.
