Buy your cigarettes on the plane its £40 for 400 - otherwise in JA they cost between $6 - $12 which is about the same as what we pay here, and you can only get certain brands.

See if your departure airport (or hub airport) has a duty free shop and buy your cigarettes there on your outbound flight(s).

Do not bring in more cigs that appears in excess of personal consumption.

There is no cig industry in Jamaica (that I am aware of), so all such products must be imported at some expense.
