Runaway Bay forum Hello!
We are a group of 13 off to GBP for a week. We have the Royal Golden upgrade and are travelling through Transat Vacations (AKA Nolitours). I have read conflicting info as to whether you book these in advance. Is this something that travel agents do...do we email...wait til we get there?
If anyone has experience with this I would appreciate the advice.

My daughter and family were there last April, also on the Golden upgrade. They were given reservations to 4 restaurants - I'm pretty sure the reservations were "pre-made", but my daughter said if you wanted to change the times, the concierge would do it for you. I will double check on this info. We're going in March and looking forward to warmer weather !
does anybody have a contact email to request reservations before arrival.
We are staying but not with the golden package. Therefore, I am assuming that this is the normal cattle call in the morning to sign up for ala cartes or is it something you can do upon check in? There are 10 of us in our group so I really am not holding my breath that we will get in to any ala carte at the same time--even if we split into 2 smaller groups.
Are you able to book for the whole week or only so many days out? Just trying to be prepared for our March arrival.

Edited: 10 February 2012, 6:08I spoke to my daughter who was there last april/11. On the bus, the air transat rep gave out envelopes to everyone with their room number and 4 reservation tickets with the times already reserved on them. They wanted to change some of their reservations, so they went to the golden club concierge and had them changed. No problems.
