We are headed to FDR in March, can we have some suggestions for nannies you have liked, Also, how do we request a nanny? One last question, do we need to reserve a crib before we go?

I would reserve the crib beforehand, yes.

And just email the resort to do that and also request your nanny. My kids were 18 months and nearly 3 while we were at Pebbles (their former sister property) and they loved JudyAnn (and I have heard she is at FDR now).

No need for a power adapter. They have the same plugs as the US.

Do we need to bring our own beach towels? The most recent post about the Sea Urchins, are they really a big problem with the kids being in the water?

They provide all the towels you want, no need to pack your own. I have been to FDR 5 times and have never seen any sea urchins....not to say they aren't there, but don't appear to be prevalent. I pm'd you a nanny recommendation.
