We visited this resort when it first opened in '95. Loved it. The food was excellant and the service was the best. Wasn't keen on the beach but would go back in a heartbeat. One of the best experiences we had in Cuba.
the beach at Los Corales is much much nicer but the flora at Brisas Sierra Mar is right out of a post card. You are right, the food is excellent.
