Guama forum Hey there am leaving in the morning and need help!! please!! am going with my pregnant daughter (6mths) and grandson (14mo) WHERE should I request we stay? ie: room so we don't have too many stairs?? we have a stroller and well...ya you get the picture! ALSO anyone know of the email for customer relations for Sierra Mar? I'll throw you kisses if you can answer these questions!! Happy Holidays!
I would request the fourth floor. If you have not been there the first floor is the beach area and the last floor before the main lobby and buffet etc is the fourth floor. I would think your travel agent should have the e-mail for you. Good luck, let this site know how you made out when you get back.

The way the hotel is designed, you're going to be up and down regardless, with the pool and beach, restaurants on different levels. Suppose it would be best to be on the 4th like Holberg suggested, so at least you'll be by the lobby & restaurant.
