I'm starting to plan a honeymoon in Barbados for May 2013, but am running into some problems because every hotel seems to have mixed reviews. I'm looking for luxury, service, and as few kids/families as possible. I'm leaning towards "The Waves," and was wondering:
1) if the "Deluxe Oceanfront" room or the "Ocean Front Duplex Penthouse" was more elegant? (the duplex seems better on paper, but is actually less expensive and neither have many pictures)
2) if anyone can tell me details about the bathroom in these rooms? (specifically if there is a large bath)
3) if the hotel offers a "honeymoon package?" (it's not listed on the website, but many reviews mention gratis champagne bottles and catamaran trips)
If anyone can offer some insight, or suggest a hotel you may prefer over waves, I'd really appreciate it (...and more importantly my fiancee would appreciate it)
