try Dao Diamond Bed and Breakfast , nice place and the place helps people with hearing impairments.

On Gallares street near the plaza is a pension house called Chriscentville.

I agree Dao Diamond. I stayed for a few weeks when I arrived in Bohol. Great ethos and great staff. They have don quite a few upgrades recently but I haven't had a chance to revisit yet.
