Tagbilaran City Forum: Help pls.... first timers

You may be better off to stay at Alona Beach, Panglao Island (not Tagbilaran City) but as clareirishman indicates, we need your accommodation budget per night so that we can give you some suggestions.

Do rent a van for country tour approx price is 3,000 for a whole day trip. It does not include entrance fee, but fee is very minimal.
