Tagbilaran City Forum: Best way to get from Tagbilaran Ferry Port to Alona Beach

When you arrive at the pier at Tagbilaran, there will be a whole bunch of van operators waiting to take you away to Alona beach. The rate should be about P500.

Never ever trust a boat to get you to a plane on time. So if your flight is from Cebu, you should consider travelling to Cebu the day before.

Standard travel time is 30 to 40 minutes from Alona beach to the Tagbilaran airport.

By the way, airlines expect 3 hour check in these days and at the absolute latest, you must be checked in by 45 minutes before departure or you will be denied boarding.

From tagbilaran port estimated time To alona would be 30 to 45 mins. There are lots of cab or van waiting outside the port, though its better if you have contact of the driver who will pick you up. We rented a van to JayR, i believe he belong in a group of car for rent in Tagbilaran. Here is the contact # 09287920589. He is very polite and his van is brand new.
