is there a direct flight or ferry from bohol to surigao city?

not too sure about that unless check all the airlines but best might be ferry to cebu and flight to surigao from there ,when are u travelling?there was promo sale on cebu pacific cebu to surigao around 500 peso one way but that was for march/april travel -perhaps check airphil express if travelling in the near furure.

if you have extra time -u could get ferry from jagna portto camiguin island and then another ferry to balingoan port in mindanao -then approx 4 -5hrs travel by bus to surigao city thats approx 3hrs for the 2 ferry trips ,if u need info /websites -let me know.
