My family and I are going to Bohol on Feb28,2010-Mar3,2010
We plan to stay in Bohol for 3d/2n maybe then the other 1n/1d left will be in cebu but we have to go back to bohol on the 4th day because our trip back to manila is from Tagbilaran.
Please help! (12pax+1infant less than a year old)

You haven't said what help you need!
If you haven't already arranged your trip from Tagbilaran to Manila, I can help there. It is usually cheaper to travel by plane from Cebu Mactan airport to Manila than Tagbilaran to Manila.
Do your 3 days on Bohol, one in Cebu then fly direct from Cebu to Manila.

I hope you mean 2011 rather than 2010. Did you book already your tickets? You should have booked Manila-Cebu then Bohol-Manila or Manila-Bohol then Cebu-Manila. Wait for a sale from domestic airlines and just buy a ticket directly back to Manila rather than buying a ferry ticket to just catch your flight back to Manila.
