  "I stopped by this little BBQ joint this past weekend on my way back from Fajardo. Being from Alabama, I have had a hard time adapting to the "Puerto Rican BBQ" that you find at Martin's or Bebo's. Smokehouse is the real deal! As soon as you open the door, you know that they are doing it right!! ..."The smoky, hickory smell is a dead giveaway! I ordered the pulled pork plate with slaw. The pork is outstanding. Very tender and moist, just the way I like it. The cornbread included in the meal was a very good complement to the meal. It's a very clean restaurant and the service is among the best I have ever had. Very courteous staff! I also had the pleasure of trying the creme brulee and it was literally the best I have ever had!! I highly recommend it! The pricing is fair and the food was very worth every penny!
