Each time they are cooked, another layer of slime is peeled off, making the escargot very tasty. Our soup was unbeatable, as were the pan fried oysters that were our entree. Our mains were carefully plated, creative, and flavourful. I had the apple butter pork tenderloin. My wife enjoyed a delicious, albeit large, lake trout. The only reason I am not giving the restaurant 5 stars is because both our mains were slightly over cooked. I would certainly return if I were in the area again.
