  "Our last trip to South Bend and we just had our first meal here. I'm disappointed I didn't discover this on our first trip four years ago. Four of us ordered five meals - we wanted to share an Apple Pancake. What a masterpiece. As our "main meals" we ordered the outstanding omelettes, breakfast ..."sandwich, and chocolate chip pancakes. Everyone had way too much food - I should have shared a meal. Just after we ordered, we saw some friends and the hostess moved us so we could all sit together. The waitress now had 10 of us and provided excellent service, even filling a thermos of coffee. Yes, this place is a bit dated, but it was clean. The prices were no higher than expected for breakfast and two people could easily share a meal and leave full. " More >
