They have a great salad bar, with build your own salad or prepared ones, pasta salads, rice & beans, and other goodies. The second portion of the meal is when people come by with mea..."ts, cooked veggies, and fruit on spits and slice food off for you. There is a little shaker thing on each table, so when you flip it to "green," people will keep coming by your table. Once you put it on "red," the servers know to hold off on bringing more food to you. You keep alternating until you've had your share.
