Our waiter was excellent -- he made some great recommendations both for the adults and the kids. The appetizers, entrees, and desserts were all interesting and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal! Animal Kingdom was my favorite park, but still, it got hot and tiring after a while. Taking a break in the air conditioning for some good food, and to just sit for a while, was such a welcome way to refuel for the rest of the day. Being that it was that late I expected that it might be subpar with everyone wanting to go home. But, thankfully, it was a great dining experience. Service was very quick and efficient as has been my experience at every WDW restaurant that is family style - no menus, no ordering, so you sit down and the food begins to come! This meal came with sweet bread, fruited green salad, dumplings, wings, noodles and fresh vegetables, fresh off the grill meats - chicken, steak, pork, and grilled shrimp. I didn't try the pork but the chicken and steak were great. The shrimp was excellent - peeled, deveined, and juicy!
