The juice from the chickens drips down onto the potatoes to infuse them with delicious flavor. The chicken is the softest, moistest, deliciousest chicken ever! I really don't know ..."what they do to season them, but they are truly amazing. My roommate literally eats the bones. My favorite part is the skin. The garlic sauce they serve with it is a great complement. Can't go wrong! Please do note that as the name implies, it is a bit on the "express" side.   "Very good food! Good specials from half-price margaritas on Mondays to annual anniversary specials and ladies' night on Fridays. Tekila has a great menu with lots of great food. The frozen margaritas are the best in Guangzhou. Highly recommended! And definitely try the molcajete. It's expensive, but..." it is worth it! Note: No free chips and salsa. NOT authentic Mexican, more Tex-Mex. In fact, they have a Tex-Mex section on the menu (although the entire menu is Tex-Mex really). Service is very poor.
