After arriving at 1730hrs we checked our bags in at the Red Carpet counter and were escorted to the lounge. Here we were able to find a quite area to enjoy few Carlsberg beers, b..."asic hot food and cool ice cream. Tea and coffee and showers were also available. Free wireless and/or PC terminals are available to connect to the internet. When our flight was ready, the service representative accompanied us to the head of the queue for priority boarding and on arrival at Penang our bags where first off with priority baggage tags attached.   "One of the best decisions i made was to buy the plaza premium lounge card. why? 1st because it is a very comfortable and nice place to spend the waiting time for the next flight. they have free computers to use or wifi, free buffet with dishes that one could mix and match, a good selection of drin..."ks, desserts and even ice cream. one can even take a bath there and request for a towel. i can also leave my luggage or even my cellphone while charging it and it is quite safe if you tell one of the staff to oversee your things. for frequent travelers who use the low cost airlines, this is certainly an oasis in a not so nice low cost terminal.
