  "I first submitted the Orchid Cafe to T/A for its original listing in May last year. Since that time they have gone from strength to strength and continue to present good tasty food at more than reasonable prices. The brother and sister owners Dao and Oiy are very proud of the ranking they've a..."chieved on T/A in the past 12 months, and work hard to maintain it. I called in to see them and have lunch last week ... and I'm so pleased they've maintained their high standards in quality, cleanliness, and price. As a guide: Two of us had Tamarind Chicken and Cashews, Squid with Basil and Vegies, 2 Fried Rice, and 4 Small Chang for the grand total of 440 baht. On our final night (on the way to the airport) a last supper of 3 mains with rice and 2 sm beer cost us 285 baht ... Fantastic !   "Staff are friendly,food is good and drinks reasonably priced.If you are staying at the Laguna opposite this is a must for at least one evening meal and very handy if you fancy a quick afternoon snack or don't want to walk into town due to weather etc."
