  "hello Everyone, Before my trip to Manali,I just collected some information about the eating joints in Manali .Through a prog on the television I came across JOHNSON'S CAFE..the place ,ambience is mindblowing.The cottages,the outside seating areathe wooden chairs, the interiors ,the sketched menu wa..."s very attractively done.AS it was raining the cafe was looking even more gorgeous because everything around was so green & natural. the food .....wow! wow! & just wow!! never in my life I have ever tasted such trout .we ordered veg lasagna,jimmy Crispy fried trout & local manali curry ( again a trout speciality) .The trout was not smelling and was nice cooked.The dessert Apple Crumble with ice-cream was again very good.The Cafe is not very expensive.The staff is very good,helpful & warm. hats off to you.keep up the good work!!!! waiting for another visit to Manali & at johnsons cafe.   "The cafe is set strategically on banks of river beas. If u do visit manali, make it a point to visit this cafe and have their awesome "bodom burger". Staff is great. Go sip a cup of coffee in their balcony (outside courtyard) staring and being awed by the location."
