We also had the Coral Trout, Parrot Fish, Green Curry, Madras Curry, the fish quesadilla, beef tenderloin, and Ahi Tuna prepared a couple of different ways. EVERYTHING was great. They even asked if there was anything in particular that we wanted for dinner the night before we left. They wanted to make us anything that we wanted! How great is that service?
