Not everything was incredible, but it was consistently good. Like others, I agree that it is a bit "touristy..."" -- but it does have good food. Many selections are not Morroccan, but so what? It's a beautiful place, and we found the service to be among the best we had in Casablanca. If this place really is owned by an American, as was mentioned here, then they should understand what good service is all about, and that makes the difference, I think. They did seem to care how we experienced the place and the meal. My guess is that if you are not happy with the service, then go up the chain of command and you should get results.   "I don't know why this place is currently number 45 for Casablanca. I think it should be higher up. We had lunch here at it was fantastic. The sun was shining and the cool summer breeze was nice. We sat right out on the deck over the water. I had the seafood degustation entree and it was brilliant. O..."ne of the finest entrees I've had in a long time. It had about 9 different types of seafood (fish, shellfish and crustaceans). I then had the Turbot tagliatelle main - I wasn't sold on the creamy mushroom sauce with the delicate fish. It was too filling, but nice all the same. Service here was excellent. It was a Friday and a bit quiet but our waiter was always and readily at hand. The manager was very helpful and he organised loungers and towels for our after lunch relax by the pool. If it weren't for my rich heavy main, I would have scored and excellent overall.
