My wife and I like to dine out regularly but are disilusioned by the quality of food on offer at a lot of restaurants. Firstly let me say that we don't go to overpriced fine dining places. Wildings is the only place that can always be relied upon to provide us with the same fine dining at sensible prices we... More

Top marks again to" Wildings" for another excellent meal which my friend and I enjoyed for our Festive season day out. The food and service will not be beaten anywhere in Ayrshire. Thank you all again, and Best Wishes for another excellent year. More

This restaurant serves some of the best food available. The menu contains a lot of suberb fish dishes using some of the finest locally sourced fish. Coupled with this there is a good selection of meat dishes. This restaurant is only 5 miles from home, which makes it very convenient for me, however I would be prepared to travel many... More

We tend to judge our visits to restaurants against Wildings where we have dined for many years. We have never been dissapointed and Wildings remains number one on our list. It is difficult to maintain the intimacy of a small restaurant with a restaurant that is always popular and therefore busy but Wildings manage to do that and the food... More

Wildings was highly recommended to me by a Client a couple of years ago and I had forgotten all about it.......until yesterday, when I saw the sign for the village whilst driving to Turnberry ! We arrived on a very busy Sunday at lunchtime and got the last table. The service was spot on, courteous and quick and the food... More

My family and I went to Wildings restaurant on a Saturday evening. The food was fantastic - the portions were a perfect size with plenty of vegetables served on the side. I had pate followed by a lovely chicken dish and my husband (who is usually very fussy) loved his lamb dish. Although there is no kids menu, they will... More
