We returned to Tulbagh for the fabulous Spring Arts Festival, and to our favourite restaurant. As usual very friendly helpful staff, roaring log fires, beautiful homemade breads and great selection of local produce. I had the kudu fillet, with berry sauce, and homemade ice cream with local dried fruits and nuts! The best!
Many thanks for returning to the Olive Terrace Bistro, it's always a pleasure to welcome returning guests. Our new spring menu is now available, and features smoked snoek pate, yellowtail fishcakes, local salmon trout salad, homemade ice creams with local fruit and nuts and my favourite coconut pannacotta.
