My husband and I had dinner at Pimms on our last night in Anguilla. We stayed at the Viceroy but wanted to see Cap Juluca. We arrived early for the sunset and had drinks in the bar. It was very romantic and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. We were then seated at the most beautiful... More

Beautiful location on the water, but the food was average at best. It might have been on off night for them but we were not impressed.

This was our 3 time dining at Pimms and most forgetful. Lets start with the good, that being the setting and atmosphere Pimms has, literally one of the most magical settings in the world. While dining in a Mediterranean setting, the oceans waves crash at your feet. MAGIC!! The food, on the other hand, isn't so magical. Very boring selections,... More

we were warned by other diners not to waste our money, but my husband had always wanted to go - so we went for our wedding anniversary dinner. what a mistake! the service was awful. everytime we were exchanging a card ( we had to keep trying) the waiter would appear to freshen our water, or give us a new... We went to Pimms for the romantic setting but were pleasantly surprised by the fabulous service and excellent food. My husband had a rib-eye special that he loved and I had the King Crab duo which was very enjoyable. It was our most expensive meal in Anguilla but definitely worth it!

It doesn't get much more romantic than this place. Dining on the edge of the crescent bay in Cap Juluca. It's pricey as expected but the food is quite good. I really must rave about the chocolate souffle that I had at the end, because it made my evening.

While spending the day at Maunday Bay, we had lunch at Pimm's. Lunch prices were surprisingly reasonable, considering it's part of Cap Juluca. Our meals were fresh, well-presented and very good. Service was excellent. Restaurant was open to the breezes, and views are stunning. Good spot for lunch at Maunday's Bay.

We popped in for drinks one night as the sun was setting. Our table was right at the water's edge... what a beautiful setting. We will definitely plan on staying for dinner our next visit. You cannot beat the romantic setting!

We dined at Pimms on our first night stay at Cap Juluca and we were not that impressed. The view was certainly beautiful looking out across Maundays Bay but there were few tables filled and there were not many staff serving. Our meal was fine but underwhelming as we were expecting a more spectacular restaurant and top notch cuisine. We... More

We just visited Pimms on a whim that they might have some amazing desserts. We were seated at a choice table literally teetering on the watery divide between restaurant and Caribbean - it was awesome! I ordered an espresso and a delicious dessert called "Fusion" - it was a bunch of tropical-themed small desserts artfully displayed on a platter and... More
