Lonely Planet states for Bijagua/Tenorio "You'll probably be eating in your lodge here", but I would definately recommend coming out to the town at night when staying in this area. We had dinner at La Tinajitas and really enjoyed the truly local food, excellent service and the nice atmosphere. Very good value for money as well. More
