A small charming little restaurant serving perfect Sicilian cuisine, we came across this restaurant by accident and were very pleasantly surprised, this is not fast food this is serious food, some of the best antipasti we tasted in Sicily, not very cheap but very good value, would highly recommend it, an excellent range of wines from reasonable up to the... Having been ousted from the Cathedral while it closed for lunch we set off to find somewhere for ourselves to eat. We started walking back towards the car park from the main square and saw this little place on our left. We decided to try the lunch of the day, although we didn't really know what to expect. We started... More

We chose this cute place for our girlfriend's "last supper" before leaving us to go home. We wanted something special for her send off from Sicily. All our appetizers, Entree's, sides and deserts were fabulous. We each chose differently, so we could taste as much as possible, my husband had steak, I had the mixed grill and our girlfriend had... This small restaurant just off the main square by the Duomo was recommended to us, especially for its meat. The interior is charming, the service attentive but a little hurried, the food, especially the steak (the only time I had meat in Sicily that week) was delicious and the wine was great. But the wine was expensive, our fault for... More

As everyone else has mentioned, this is a meat restaurant. It was very good. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a nice evening with great food and wine.

This restaurant is meat only and I'm not a huge meat lover but the mixed grill was lovely. My husband said his T bone was great! Service was very good and the owner gave us an excellent run-down of Sicilian wines. We were recommended this restaurant and it was a good recommendation

Not my first visit to this lovely and cozy brasserie in Monreale, and always an excellent impression. Great starters (you really have to try the stigghiola and grilled cheese) and the meat is undoubtedly excellent. The owners have a butchery just down the road, so the meat is always fresh and tasty. Had an amazing fillet, probably the best I... More

We had lunch on a Sunday - grilled lamb chops, grilled vegetable, nice house wine, fraggiole dessert. Wow!

The food was of high quality and very well prepared. It specialises in meats. Wine list extensive but on the pricey side. Staff over attentive - trying to whisk away your plates the moment you stop eating.

We were looking for a nice meat dinner since my wife was pregnant and had had too much fish over the previous days. We were not disappointed - the meal was very nice and the service excellent. Quite decent wine list and overall an excellent Monreale option. Would recommend when in Monreale and looking for something else than fish.
