place is packed on those nights...jazz singer, guitar player.... other wise , pretty empty and I didn't come to guadeloupe to eat pizza, so we never ate here ! i asked for a local beer and got something from holland....language barrier ?

After a long day hiking up La Soufriere, we were tired and looking for a quick, tasty, casual meal. We had spotted Cafe Metis on a drive through Deshaies and it fit the bill. The atmosphere is great, with the inside of the restaurant and covered patio area all open to each other. The service was very friendly and helpful...
