Decided to pop in to The Bridge today for lunch with my husband and not being that hungry only had light meals which were both very nice. We have visited The Bridge a few times and always find it a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff.

Came here for tea on 15/10/12, beautiful place with very friendly staff. Food was delicious, all 3 of us enjoyed our mains - lamb shoulder, chicken & mushroom terrine and cajun chicken salad and the deserts were gorgeous; sticky toffee pudding and crumble. Overall good value for money! My only quibble would be that the mains were not piping hot,... More

Very relaxing venue, with friendly staff and fantastic food. My wife had the Sea bass and i had the Trout with citrus potato, what a perfect combination, and our freinds could not belive this little restaurant is in the middle of no where. we really enjoyed the whole experience, and we will see you all again next week.

Have to agree with the best reviews of this restaurant, pub, or gastro pub. A welcome that invites you into a warm enviroment. The service is first class and very friendly. The food delicious, my sirloin steak was excellent and cooked exactly to my requirements, vegetables perfect and home made chips to die for. My wife had minted lamb well... More

An excellent meal at a very reasonable cost - staff welcoming, choice of table and a small but enticing menu which lived up to, indeed exceeded, expectations. No rush to leave - coffee and copious chocolates supplied. Overall an impressive performance!

Myself and my wife thought it was time to check out this restaurant as we keep hearing good things about this place. So we popped in for sunday lunch. Wow what an amazing venue and the food, service and most of all the price are fantastic. Very well done. Cant wait to return and try again.

We felt slightly rushed with our choice of food I bet we was eating by 8:30 But the waiter explained they had a large party of people... More

Without a reservation on Saturday night, a table for two was provided. The service was efficient and friendly albeit a little slow at times. The food choice was fairly limited but our choice of braised beef was delicious, well worth the £12 cost. The desserts were well presented and tasty - an informed and friendly waitress added a positive note... More
