We stumbled upon Prsuta 3 while waiting for a table at Giaxa next door. The owner, Leopold (one of the two brothers who run the place), was a model sommelier: asked us what types of wine we like, recommended some excellent local vintages by the glass, told us about their provenance, and generally charmed us.
