We were in Springbrook earlier in 2011 and were not impressed by the Homestead. The new management have done a great job in cleaning up a dirty and dingy old building to create a respectable mountain restaurant. It is now welcoming and fresh, and the food is terrific. We called in here for lunch, having been here about 12 months ago - HUGE improvement. The new owners have redone the place very nicely and it looks great. The food was terrific and great country sized portions - the 'bosses wife' burger was sensational and stood about 15 cms tall! We will be back. More
