The standard Fish and chips is frozen imported nile perch or similar. The oil is usually old and you can smll it a mile away. The staff are indifferent and can muck up the order - battered instead of crumbed, etc. Often overcooked - dark outside and dry inside. If you wanrt fresh prawns go to the trtawlers next door. More
