El Eden in Tarapoto - and her sister restaurant in Chachapoyas - has wonderful, clean, fresh vegetarian food. For lunch and dinner there is usually a menu for 5 soles which includes a large bowl of soup and large entree. Not to be missed is there fruit salad with honey. Very reasonably priced, friendly staff. Closes early on Friday night... More
