Such a pleasant surprise to find this soda run by three local Ticas. We had read about it here on TripAdvisor and it did not dissapoint. We had casados for lunch - I had the carne con salsa, while my wife had the pescado. Both were done the way we expected - nothing overcooked, nice portions, plenty of food and... More

This soda is a very popular place right next to Marlin Bill's. The service was good, and the cosadas were excellent. More

Rosie and her girls do a great job, serving up both tico fare and more traditional north american food. The breakfasts are the bargain. Easy to find, and open every day but Sunday, till 3. Can't beat Rosies for a square deal on breakfast. More

We ate here for lunch two times on our recent trip to Nosara. The casados were all excellent (we tried 4 between the two of us) with the fish being by far the best! Portions are perfectly sized and the price is right. One casado is about $6 and you get rice, beans, veggies, protein, and a small salad. Not... More

This is the place for authentic, affordable Tico fare. Think of Rosi's as a Costa Rican diner and you'll get the picture. Not fancy-just simple food done well. More

We ate at a few places. Tried beach dog cafe, gilded iguana, panchos, and olgas - all good but Rosi's takes the cake!! Most of the breakfasts are served with gallo pinto (a local rice and beans mix) and have soo much flavor. Plus there's a great little ambiance with 3 older Tico women doing all of the work. You...
