We went with Dutch friends who knew this restaurant well. It was the weekend and a "Wok Buffet" was offered at a very good price. You choose your food, go to the chef and watch while he prepares it. Fascinating! He can have several meals frying on the hot plate, one wok meal pre-cooking in the boiler and another cooking... More
