The quality of the food was very high. The rabbit was excellent, as were the salads. The wine list could do with some improvement, but overall, not bad. Several cocktails on the menu as well. Very nice ambiance, with very good service. Would recommend highly if in Chacras.

Recommended by our host Jose at Posado Olivar, Dantesco lived up to his accolades. It was a quiet evening, and I'm sure on another evening it would be hopping with people. They have a lovely setting. Great patio, well designed hip interior and an extensive menu. Maybe slightly too big. The pricing here is slightly on the premium side, but... More

We enjoyed the glass enclosed "outdoor" dining area and the food, service, ambiance and relaxed nature of the restaurant. It is worth a trip to enjoy this authentic meal - reservations needed since the place was packed by 9:45PM. My wife enjoyed the grilled fish - cooked just right; I enjoyed the veal and we shared veggies and a bottle... More

We enjoyed this local eatery for dinner one evening. Nice ambiance and good local food. The wine list is good and food choices are plentiful. A very reasonable tab at the end as well.

My husband and I came here while on our honeymoon and were very happy with the ambience. The bruschetta and risotto were both delicious. My husband was a little underwhelmed with his steak. He portions were big and the prices were reasonable.

We showed up at the restaurant around midnight when they were supposed to close. The place was full and the ambiance was vibrant. After a short wait they graciously seated us. The menu was pretty traditionally Argentinian with a few twists. We had the milanesa for two with a bottle of wine. After a bottle of wine and dessert our... More

We visited upon the recommendation of our hotel - a lovely setting, although it was a little quiet - and despite this we were very much pointed in the direction of a specific table "reserved for us" - a little bit odd. The odd/quirky service continued throughout - we received the wrong salad and another side order never materialised. Nevertheless... More

Fantastic service, lovely atmosphere & surroundings. The food was too large a portion for either of us to finish our meal, but if that is all you can comment on, then need I say more?

Of our fifteen days of travel through the back roads of Argentina this place had the best atmosphere and the most delicious dishes. My wife spotted this restaurant and was right. She raved about the grilled chicken with a spicy mustard side sauce, and I loved the langoustines with a vegetable ragout and rice. We topped it off with a... More
