Underwhelming mofongo though, and the shrimp did not have a fresh flavor. Ordered the mofongo de yucca with garlic shrimp, and the amount of margarine and grease was overwhelming. The mofongo was not crispy, although it had some nice pieces of "salt pork fat". The plantain mofongo was equally "pasmao" (limp not crispy) but much more flavorful. Not too keen...
