10 of us visited last week and though they could not accommodate such a large group in the dining room at the last minute, we had the whole bar to ourselves. The cocktails were made to perfection and we ordered several starters to share among the group. Everything was perfect and there was no waiting when it came to re-orders....

This isn't just a restaurant- there are also several extremely comfortable rooms upstairs. I came with a group so we were able to check each other's rooms- all were large and very well appointed with some great views of the river. We visit Morrissey's 5 or 6 times a year and never disapoints! Very relaxed and informal but with fantastic food.........don't miss the jumbo atlantic prawns!
