We've been to this restaurant every time we visit Alvor. It may be small (reservations advised especially in high season and weekends otherwise eat early!) The food is always fresh and nicely prepared. The lasagne is home-made (delicious), the bruscetta with or without cheese is well worth a try. Was here in November and came back in september. Fantastic italian restaurant with a unique & sometimes fiery owner! We had a lovely meal. I had pizza and my husband had a fab seafood pasta dish. Honestly, it is probably the nicest italian restaurant I have ever been to. I wish he'd move to Ireland! More

Nice table overlooking street and harbour in the distance. My son had roast chicken and fries and he cleared the plate and I had fried squid followed by Pasta Carbonara, both of which were excellent. More

Rocco and staff still provide the best pizza and pasta in Alvor. Everything freshly cooked and well presented. Only downside is it is a small restarant so be prepared to queue! More

This quaint little pizzeria looks authentic Italian even before you step inside. With just 30 covers it's busy but we didn't wait more than 2 minutes to be seated having chosen to dine fairly late. Its small, its hot and you cant book but we went there 4 times during our holiday, the food is good honest Italian cooking, never had a bad meal, pizza is wonderful, you will not be disappointed. More
