“wonderful cactus bar”

Just back after a great 2 weeks in alvor spent every night at cactus bar, amazing entertainment from mark such a great and funny person his wife ali is a lovely person makes you feel so welcome ..... hi to you and the bar staff from linda and donna from glasgow,, see you again soon x More

If visit Alvor and do not go to Cactos ll you will have missed an entertaining good night.We were there in May with friends and were made to feel so welcome. Mark is a good entertainer and plays music to sort all ages and tastes.Ali and her bar staff are very friendly and we look forward to seeing them again More

We popped into the castos bar some days for coffee and quite a few evening for drinks. All the staff were friendly and there was excellent service. Looking forward to visiting again next year! Special thanks to Liz,mark, Helen and dan More

This bar is the best bar in town and is why we keep returning to Alvor every year. We have been there 7 times now in the last 3 years and are about to go again in June and September. We found this bar on our 2nd night of our first visit to Alvor and were made to feel so... More

Been in alvor 4 times but somehow managed to miss this before. A bar that could remind the hospitality industry home and abroad what it means to be hospitable. A warm, welcoming and above all fun atmosphere. Well done guys, I wish you continued success you deserve it. More

This bar is a gem, great staff, excellent service, excellent prices. We were introduced to Mark and Ali by our friends who knew the bar and we were very pleased they did so. We had leisurely lunchtimes, relaxing afternoons and entertaining evenings. Will definitely be back. More

what a fantastic bar, mark ali and all the staff really make you feel welcome,the service is superb and all the staff are really friendly, we stayed in alvor for the 1st time last june with another couple, every time you go in after 9 pm mark introduces you to all the other tables. ie doncaster meet fife, doncaster meet... More
