The setting is on a hilly cobbled street in Vila dos Remedios. The food is terrific - even the salmon that comes all the way from the cold waters off Chile. Your host will exchange his portuguese for your english with interesting results. And the beer is refreshinly cold.

This restaurant is different from the others in the island and you'll see it as you get there. Cozy cushions, nice atmosphere. The food is delicious but can't be divided by two. Easy to get a place for lunch but always crowdy at night.
