food was great, bit expensive, but good food, and large portions, Service was ok, could be better..........................................
We loved the food an service, we had the prefix menu. The portions were ok. However, if you could order fom kids menu if you want volume ,i was surprise how much the got. there was nothing we disliked about the place.
My wife, 16 year old son and I were staying at El Conquistador and ate here because the Strip House was closed. Mistake. The room has little ambiance and the service we received was horrible. After receiving the wine we ordered, we waited 30 minutes to get salad. We had finished the 5 slices of bread by then and were... More
Service is hands down phenomenal at this hotel, understaffed these people bend over backwards to cater to their customers. More selections needed , great food pasta a little al dente. We couldn't help to feel like we were on a cruise restaurant from the decor . Our favorite restaurant at the El Conquistador!
I just wanted to eat Latin food while I was in PR, but that's not always possible when traveling with a little one (6). We went here at the beginning of our stay. It was so good. We both loved it. Service was great. They do have a kids menu here. Make a reservation.
Stumbled on this restaurant by chance, but this is by far the best restaurant in the El Conquistador hotel. Great food, great service, wonderful atmosphere. Would go back in a second.

After the entree plates were cleared, however, the service went completely to hell. Our waiter disappeared for at least one-half hour. When we were finally able to flag him down to get dessert menus he did not deliver them... More
