food is excellent however, the owner person charged me wrong price for twice and also gave me less change for one time(I gave her $20 for $8 plate and she gave me $2 back) When I confronted her about it she was very rude and gave me bad attitude.

We've been a fan of Gina's BBQ for years. The owner is really nice and would always give you something extra if ever there are delays in getting your food. But that changed on a recent visit when the owner was not present.
Our order went in ahead of 6 or 7 other patrons but for some reason, and unknown...

This little Korean restaurant is not in Waikiki and parking was a bit hard to find but everything we tried tasted really good and we found the prices very reasonable. It is definitely not upscale (more like a casual local hangout place) and it has no view if you are looking for that sort of things, but the food was...

This Korean eatery is a a hole in the wall restaurant in a strip mall with a grocery store - Foodland, that I was going to. The food photos looked good and there was a steady stream of people going in and out - mostly locals.
The bad: the restaurant is the size of a postage stamp and the ladies...

Gina's has always been a place I visit after a long surf session. Huge portions, great Kimchee and Kalbi, all for under $10. You can easily split the Gina's Special between 2 people. Recommended!
By far the best Korean BBQ restaurant in terms of flavor, portions, and value. The people here sure do not skimp on their portions.
One of their lunch plates and easily feed 2 people, possibly more. All their plates come with 3 scoops of rice, 4 heaping sides and a huge portion of whatever meat of your choice. Everything is...

As my wife was born and reared in Honolulu, we have regularly come to Oahu to visit relatives over the years. Each and every time we've come to Honolulu we've made it a point to order a "take out" family pack dinner. The portions are absolutely huge, so we always order as if we had one less person than we...

Huge portions great prices and locals everywhere. Gina's is a whole in the wall in the best sense of the word, friendly people and amazing food. If you're looking for a plate lunch this is where you go
A surefire way to please teens with big appetites. Gina's serves authentic Korean BBQ in mass quantities. Terrific Chicken Katsu also. Their cold veggie sides are fresh and crisp. Gina's is in a hole-in-the-wall storefront in a tiny and traffic-hampered shopping center. No dining area to speak of -- but they expertly pack take-out orders, even for big groups.
this place is very affordable with huge portions. I always have leftovers b/c I can never finish it in one sitting. It's delicious and authentic, not like the BBQ chain stores like L& L or Pearl's
